AKG K 317

$90.00 Released September, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Excellent clarity, can hear all the details in the sound. Bass response is strong but doesn't get muffled. Fit comfortably in your ears, don't cause soreness.

The Cons:Audiophiles may find the highs sligtly too crisp.

The AKG K 317 is a pair of semi-open, dynamic earbud headphones that’s in fact the top model in the AKG K series. Despite having a shorter cord, it outperforms all its competitors (including the over-the-head K 316) by incorporating a lanyard design for more powerful, undistorted audio.

AKG even claims that the K 317 has the power to produce the bass response typically found on much larger on-ear headphone models. Regardless, the AKG K 317 also hosts a much wider frequency range, while adding along a convertible jack plug, an extension cable (50cm), and a soft carrying case.
