Yale: #etymotic_er4p Had to send my ER4P in after they developed a right channel intermittence. Turns out they were in pretty poor condition from previous owners and needed both the transducers and cable replaced. Etymotic charged me $50 for the out-of-warranty repair and agreed to ship them back to me with UPS express (so I didn't get charged like I had last time). Mar 15, 09

Yale: #etymotic_er4p Etymotic uses UPS to ship things worldwide, I got hit with some pretty nasty charges buying new tips (USA to Canada). You can (and must) request USPS for inexpensive items, or bug them to upgrade you to UPS Express. I have a replacement pair on the way and I'll see if I get charged. Great company, USA support center, very customer friendly, fast communication, and very fair. Dec 22, 08

dr13zehn: #etymotic_er4p These IEMs allow the use of the Black Foam Sleeves (Olives) by Shure, which will make them quite a bit more comfortable to wear for some. Aug 12, 08
