The Klipsch Image S2 are a pair of noise-canceling earbud headphones designed with patented oval ear tips that fit the ear canal more naturally, increasing comfort and blocking out almost all ambient noise.

Released in July of 2009, the Klipsch Image S2 earbud headphones feature moving coil designs with controlled dampening, allowing them to deliver smooth, full-bodied sound cited as ‘similar to a balanced armature.’ In fact, the Image S2 earbud headphones boast a ‘hot rod’ dual magnet motor structure that increases the dampening matter, thereby allowing the kick drums to “attack” and increase IMD (intermodulation distortion).
