The RP-HS43 (both models), although more affordable than alternate models such as the RP-H11, RP-HS22, and RP-HS33, in fact offers a much improved Ferrite 30.00 mm magnet driver (versus 14-24 mm) and a whopping 1000 mW maximum input power (versus 50-500 mW). In addition, they feature a nickel plug, a clip-on design for various hairstyles, and superior bass output. The Panasonic RP-HS43 (both the RP-HS43-A and RP-HS43-K) is priced at only $9.95, thereby making it a very affordable competitor to its $12-19 peers.
