The earphone's hardware includes a single, top-fire armature balanced for well-rounded, higher quality sound than that found in lower end models. Like other noise-isolating earphones, cushions are used to be inserted within the ear canal to block out sound that isn't created by the earphones themselves. Additional cushions are included with the set to fit a wide range of ear sizes: extra extra small, extra small, small, medium, and large. The earphones also feature a sleek, metallic design with a tangle-resistant cord.
