The UE-5 Pro is a relatively new Ultimate Ears custom IEM. Requiring custom ear molds to be made into the completely customizable inserts they just might be the most luxurious and comfortable IEM out there, but this means you won't be able to sell them if your wallet starts to feel the pain.

Featuring a 2-driver armature design, the UE-5 is based on the non-custom super.fi 5 Pro. Marketed specifically to stage performers, the UE-5 Pro features the option to allow for controllable ambient stage bleed. If you don't mind taking $600 earphones out of the house, these would be ideal for high fidelity travel and on-the-go listening, with a decent amount of background noise isolation. However, a full size headphone rig might get you further for your money if you're planning on stationary listening.
